Your safari begins with a morning departure from Arusha as you travel to Tarangire National Park. Upon arrival, you will enjoy a game drive through the park’s scenic landscapes filled with ancient baobab trees and open savannah. Tarangire is famous for its large herds of elephants, and you may also encounter lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and a variety of bird species. The Tarangire River attracts many animals, making it a prime location for wildlife viewing. In the late afternoon, you will head to your lodge or camp for dinner and overnight stay.
